ABOUT YOUR HOST
I didn’t learn premium positioning in a classroom.
I learned it because I had no other choice.
I left a difficult marriage with four children and no safety net. My business wasn’t a passion project, it was the only option my children and I had. I couldn’t afford to underprice. I couldn’t afford bad clients. I couldn’t afford to be invisible.
Before that, I ran an art supply store in Dubai. I underpriced everything because I wanted to be accessible, to be liked, to not be seen as greedy. And when the numbers stopped working, I chased volume until I burned out.
Those two experiences built everything I now teach.
I’m a brand positioning strategist who works with established service providers to rebuild how their brand communicates value so they can raise their rates, attract better clients and stop competing on price.
